Marketing and negotiating properties has been my life and passion since 1996. With more than 19 successful years working predominantly in Ellerslie, Mt Wellington and Eastern Suburbs, I have been privileged to have helped hundreds of people buy and sell their homes.
I am committed to real estate for the long term and believe it is important for real estate salespeople to have as much knowledge as possible about market conditions, marketing strategies and legal requirements. I believe that being caring and empathetic to my clients is how I develop and earn their trust and respect. I can easily relate to a variety of people and love working with diverse people from all walks of life. I especially enjoy the challenge of marketing different styles of houses in all different price brackets.
In order for me to maintain a high level of service, balance becomes a number one consideration with my young son being the real focus in my life. I have a passion for rugby, having played for Counties in the late 80’s with my other interests including yacht racing, fishing, diving, surfing and off road motor bike riding.
I pride myself on straight forward, honest communication and providing the best service of any Real Estate Salesperson in New Zealand. A testament of my professionalism and firm work ethics are that over 85% of my clients are either repeat business or referrals.
