David Subritzky

David has Real Estate running through his veins. A second generation business owner with 20 years experience in the industry 15 as a business owner, David can’t imagine himself doing anything else but supporting his high performing team facilitating the biggest transactions of their clients lives buying and selling property.

Straight out of Secondary School, David studied and gained a Diploma in Land Surveying whilst working for Aucklands largest private Land Consultancy firm. The experience working on some of the countries largest subdivisions and construction programs allowed David to build an extensive knowledge around Land development.

Strong family ties drew David to join his brother Arthur in the family owned Real Estate business operated by their mother Monica. He found instant success as a Salesperson winning many awards and accolades. 

Natural progression and a strong desire to see his team members experience similar success saw him drawn to his next challenge of studying and becoming a managing business owner himself. In the mid 2000s he became one of the youngest to gain AREINZ status and helped expand the family business to an additional branch office. 

David has experienced all market conditions during his 15 years as a managing director, even helping his team navigate the Global Financial Crisis in 08 with success. His experience, warm empathy, calm manner, a continuing willingness to learn and improve business processes and strong desire to see those around him succeed allows his team under his strong leadership the confidence and tools to perform at a high level consistently regardless of market conditions.

When David isn’t in the office or having a coffee with the locals in the Ellerslie township you can find him spending time with his wife and two children either travelling or supporting their two beloved sports teams the Blues and NZ Warriors.
