Dearne’s approach is refreshingly straightforward. She’s friendly and down-to-earth, but believes in clear, honest communication above all else. With Dearne, you’ll never be left wondering; you'll always know exactly where things stand.

Outside of the office, Dearne is a mum to three. As a family, she and her husband, business owner Arthur Subritzky, love the classic Kiwi lifestyle, summers spent out on the boat and winters on the sidelines of the sports field.
