Dearne has owned and operated her own Property Management company for over 6 years, and brings a wealth of knowledge with her to the Ray White Team.

Handling all aspects of the business, with her primary roles in admin and accounts, you can be rest assured your investment is in safe hands.

Her down to earth, friendly personality, makes her approachable, yet her straightforward style to business, will make sure you know exactly what is happening with your investment, you will not be left wondering.

Outside of work, Dearne is a mother to 3, and of course if you hadn’t noticed by the surname, wife to Business Owner Arthur Subritzky, as a family they enjoy the “ Kiwi” Lifestyle, summers spent on the boat, and winters on the sports fields/courts.
