Marketing and negotiating properties has been my life and passion since 1996 and I am excited to be able to celebrate 21 successful years in real estate.
Working predominantly in Ellerslie, Mt Wellington and Eastern Suburbs, I have been privileged to have helped over a thousand people buy and sell their homes. Selling real estate to me is more than a house transaction, it is about being caring and empathetic to my clients and being the first port of call for all things real estate.
My experience and ongoing studies have built a wealth of knowledge to enable me to recognise market conditions, understand legal requirements and recommend strategies that fit each individual client.
To maintain a high level of service, life balance becomes a number one consideration. My son is the real focus in my life and having the opportunity to share and discover new passions with him is paramount. Having played for Counties in the late 80’s, I am able to play an active part with his schoolboy rugby whilst also pursuing other interests such as yacht racing, fishing, diving and surfing.
I pride myself on straight forward, honest communication and providing the best service of any Real Estate Salesperson in New Zealand. A testament of my professionalism and firm work ethics are that over 85% of my clients are either repeat business or referrals.
