Marketing and negotiating properties has been Gary's life and passion since 1996 and so he is excited to be able to celebrate 23 successful years in real estate.
Working predominantly in Ellerslie, Mt Wellington and Eastern Suburbs, Gary has been privileged to have helped over a thousand people buy and sell their homes. Selling real estate to Gary is more than a house transaction, it is about being caring and empathetic to his clients and being the first port of call for all things real estate.
Gary's experience and ongoing studies have built a wealth of knowledge to enable him to recognise market conditions, understand legal requirements and recommend strategies that fit each individual client.
To maintain a high level of service, life balance becomes a number one consideration. Working along side his wife Lianne enables them to manage their business whilst also spending valuable time with their son, Jace. To be able to have the opportunity to share and discover new passions with Jace is paramount. Having played for Counties in the late 80’s, Gary is able to play an active part with Jace's schoolboy rugby whilst also pursuing other interests such as yacht racing, fishing, diving and surfing.
Gary prides himself on being straight forward, having honest communication and providing the best service of any Real Estate Salesperson in New Zealand. A testament of his professionalism and firm work ethics are that over 85% of his clients are either repeat business or referrals.
Since joining Ray White in 2010, Gary has been in the Top 1% of Real Estate agents for Ray White New Zealand and he is consistently achieving Elite Member Status.
